1 Avocado mashed
(add Wasabi to your taste)
Spread about 2 tblsp. on the Nori sheet.
Place broccoli sprouts and thinnly sliced cucumber on top.
Roll away from yourself, slightly moistening the end.
Cut into bite size wonders.
Serve on a beautiful plate with sliced avocado, cucumbers, carrots, mandarines and bean sprout.
I like this with a small bowl of Miso soup and Hot ginger tea.
I am going to try this recipe this weekend-I might have to sustitute the nori for romaine lettece leaves if I can't find nori in Terre Haute! Thanks for the post! Jan
