eggroll pizza crust and crisps

1. Eggroll wraps, save corners for crisps.
2. Fry up till crispy
3. Add toppings
4. Bake till cheese melts


Extra: Fry up the corners with a little parm.
 Serve and . . .

This is so easy, sure beats making crust from scratch and it's nearly homemade.  It's cheaper, fewer calories and everyone gets to pick their own toppings.
